# Sangguk’s tteokbokki

Tteokbokki is a Korean soul food. The taste of tteokbokki varies, but the spicy and sweet taste is Sangguk’s tteokbokki. To foreigners, but it may feel more spicy than sweet. According to Koreans, this much is sweet. There is a reason to eat tteokbokki in Busan. Do you know Busan fish cake? Busan fish cake is also the name of the brand, but it is because Busan’s fish cake located near the sea is delicious. So, the fish cake in tteokbokki tastes different, and it’s really the best to eat the fish cake soup next to it. In addition, it also sells Mulddeok(water rice cake), a food unique to Busan, so you can eat it less spicy if you eat it with it. Mulddeok is a rice cake stuck on a skewer and put in fish cake soup. The store is located near Haeundae.

# Stir-fried spicy eel

I think you don’t like sea eels. I know, but I want you to try it! That’s because it’s really delicious. I was also very surprised when I first saw it. This is because the eel moved alive on the iron plate. But as they gradually ripen with the seasoning and vegetables, they stop moving, and we can enjoy them. It’s really delicious if you put vegetables and eel on fresh perilla leaves together. If you can eat raw garlic, you can join us. I’ve been to various eel restaurants in Busan, but I liked the branch located in Haeundae Traditional Market the best. There are several eel restaurants gathered, so pick one and go.

# Cold pork belly

Cold pork belly is called Naeng-Samgyeop in Korean. It is cut thinner than normal pork belly and frozen. It cooks faster than regular pork belly and has a soft texture.  Kimchi is also delicious in this house. Therefore, when you hear the sound of cold pork belly ripening, it is good to cook the kimchi next to it. It is perfect to make fried rice with extra meat, green onion kimchi, and seaweed powder after finishing the meal.
